I'd give a him a B...I dont really like how he's handled the Joba situation. And if Rasner or Ponson get another start the grade will be lower because we need to see what the kids can do at this point.
I'd say B as well. It's tough to manage a team of misfits.What I like about Girardi is his appreciation and understanding of the yankee tradition. Its too bad the knuckleheads that play on this team dont get it.
I'll give him an A. I don’t remember a team that lost their best pitcher and starting catcher for the year, the cleanup hitter and still be in it late in the season, not to mention that no one expected the Rays to be this good if they would’ve played like this last year we would’ve missed the playoffs too.
