WOW!!!!! does this place look great but two things I have noticed while looking through this last photo post. One of the pics showed some front row seats..my question is where is anyone going to sit the seat is soooooo close to the wall.. And those bleacher seats are going to suck if your sitting up near the top..you will have to be seated as far away from the centerfield food court if you plan on watching anything in center or the opposite field from which you are seated
I don't understand what's going on with those front row seats either. If you ask me they have to be pushed back (which means the entire section has to be moved)or taken out all together.
And the obstructed seats in the bleachers are an absolute disgrace. At least they're only charging $5 bucks for them.
look at how the first 3 rows in that section don't line up with the rows in the next nearer sections. while all the others behind do. So looks like they just have yet to bolt down the front 3 rows. They definitely did not screw that up, they are just staged to give them the max amount of room for workers to install the other rows behind first.
THANK YOU! I have been waiting for this post and as usual, it is the best group of photos any where. This place is SO awesome. I literally cannot wait for April 3. I am certain, though, based on the photos, that the Yankees are a bit nervous that they have 3 weeks to complete the stadium. Thats all. THREE weeks from TOMORROW!!!
One other thing. As for the obstruction, I have had seats in section 24, row E at the old stadium for years and could never see the left field corner. I used to miss all the plays out there and could never tell if it was a home-run to left or it was caught. Bottom line, you can see most of center field and all of the diamond. For 5 friggin dollars, I would say its a GREAT seat. If you went to all 81 games in that seat, the total price tag would be $405. That is less than half of one game in the Legends section at $850 per seat, per game.
looks good. love the new pics, hate the obstruction spot. madd u can't see in the stadium on the 4 train, but it looks good. i wish the last pic was bigger, so i can set it as wallpaper on my computer!
Do you think that they will move that green tractor that is sitting in front of the manual scoreboard in left field before opening day? That thing has been sitting there for like two months now.

The obstructed views in the bleachers are an absolute disgrace!!! Other than that, it looks amazing.

ReplyDeleteAnon,
ReplyDeleteHopefully.
OF COURSE they aren't done installing the seats yet, you numbskulls!!! There isn't even enough room there to get your legs in between the aisle.
