  10. Greg,

Note the line-up on the scoreboard. Interesting that they put Damon in CF and swish and Nady in the corners.

  11. Wow, I didn't notice that Peter. I hope that doesn't end up being the lineup.

  16. Take it is easy. The netting over MP is obviously not permentant.

  17. I heard it was, but hopefully you're right and they just leave it up during pregame.

  21. Not sure YanksFan23, but I have to assume it will be sometime this week.

  22. everyone keeps mentioning the netting in center. what about the netting down the lines!? that's horrible. kind of reminds me what they do in Japan stadiums. I hate it.

  23. Anon,

Those nets down the lines are only for batting practice. They had them at the old stadium too.

  24. that makes sense, good to hear. thanks

  25. Those seats in front of the LF bleachers look like a prime section for some fan interference.

  26. Apparently the retired numbers are up, we just haven't seen any good pictures of them. Check out this picture:

  27. Monument Park may be the biggest disappointment - bigger than the restaurant. I'll have to see it in person - but that so much of it is under the very low overhang of the restaurant has not looked good from the photos. It is what it is, but it's not looking like one of the hallmarks of this stadium.

I really like the photos here from the more unique points in the stadium - under the over hang, back row of the middle corner - everyone shoots the common perspective of behind home plate and mid-baseline. Nice to see some unique views here.

  28. NY POST has pictures today also. Here is thier comment under the mohegan sun sportsbar picture

WHAT A VIEW! Fans can drink in the scenery from the Mohegan Sun Sports Bar, one of two members-only clubs in the Stadium. The large air-conditioned space is located in center field above Monument Park.

MEMBERS ONLY? So we wont have access to the center field bar? Or is there another one?

  31. I just took a look at my season ticket stadium guide and it does say that this bar is a members only bar. So Yankees obstruct 600 bleacher seats to build a bar and restaurant that the bleacher people won't have access too this is Bull-crap
