Cashman: I'm Not Looking For A Starting Pitcher

Here's another quote from Cashman about the starting rotation situation via Brian Costello:

“I’m not looking for starting pitching,” Cashman said. “I don’t feel compelled. This is why we have Sergio Mitre.”

This is why we have a pitcher who had a 7.19 ERA last year as a starter and a career ERA of 5.42 as a starter? Fan-freaking-tastic!
