A little while ago, Derek Jeter finished up his second game of on his two-game rehab stint with the Double-A Trennton Thunder. Jeter went 1-for-2, drew a walks and picked up a throwing error in the field. The hit was a bunt single, and he did manage to handle his 5 other chances in the field.After Jeter's appearance the Yankees sent out an email confirming that Jeter is on his way to Cleveland to rejoin the team.
