Wang Loses Arbitration Case

The Yankees beat Chien-Ming Wang in the arbitration case. Wang will be paid $4 million this year, not $4.6 million.

Wang had wanted a long-term deal, but the Yankees didn't feel too comfortable with that idea. Considering that Wang has had health issues in the past, I understand where the Yankees are coming from.
