Notes:
- Alex Rodriguez, and Jorge Posada are both suffering from sore right shoulders. A-Rod will ware a heat patch during today's game to ease the pain, it also effects his ability to throw, which is why he will be the DH today. But, don't worry it's nothing serious: "I certainly wouldn't miss a game for the regular season," Rodriguez said. "If it was regular season I'd play third base." Girardi said that Posada would also be playing if this was the regular season.

- Mariano Rivera will make his much anticipated spring debut today.

- The forecast calls for rain around 3:00 p.m. so they may not be able to play the full nine today.
