Chad Jennings is reporting that Phil Hughes and Humberto Sanchez will both be heading to the Arizona Fall League. Both pitchers need innings so it's a no-brainer to send them. Jennings also said that
Chris Garcia, Jeff Marquez and Ian Kennedy may also be candidates to go.
