Wang's Road to Recovery

Wang now says that he is pain free and will begin making his way back to the Yankees on Monday by playing catch. The Yankees have not given us a time table for his recovery so I assume they're going to be very cautious with him. If Wang can come back at some point in the second half as vintage Wang it would give the Yankees a huge boost. Unless Roy Halladay or Jake Peavy are traded, no other team will have the benefit of getting a pitcher of his caliber down the stretch.
