Joe Girardi said Joba Chamberlain will make his debut in the Yankees New York Yankees starting rotation Tuesday night against the Blue Jays at the Stadium.I don't know about you, but I'm getting my tickets for Tuesday's game as we speak.
"There were a ton of factors that went into it," Girardi said of the decision. "We like the way our rotation sets up that way."
Girardi said Chamberlain will throw 65-70 pitches in his start, and that should take him somewhere from four to six innings.
"We're just expecting him to compete," Girardi said.
