Yanks Cut Four

From Peter Abraham:
The Yankees reassigned four players to the minor-league camp:

1B Eric Duncan
C Jesus Montero
INF Eduardo Nunez
C Austin Romine

Peter said that there just aren't enough at bats to go around for all 69 players who were originally in camp. Romine and Montero also need to start working with the pitchers who they will be catching this season.

Eric Duncan continues to be a major disappointment.

There are also reports that say
Marcos Vechionacchi was reassigned. I'm not sure whether is was Nunez or Vechionacchi, or both that were reassigned.

Duncan isn't old yet, but with all the talent the Yankees have in their system, how many more opportunities is this guy really going to get?
