Early Returns - All-Star Break Edition

In this month's installment I decided to add two new wrinkles - wRC+ (park-adjusted wOBA, essentially - 100 is average) and WAR. I'm not quite sure how much stock should be put into WAR figures, mostly due to the volatility of UZR, but it's interesting to look at nonetheless.

Melky Cabrera, Braves
.259/.316/.348, .297 wOBA, 3 HR, 4 SB, 82 wRC+, -0.4 WAR

Johnny Damon, Tigers
.274/.362/.421, .352 wOBA, 6 HR, 7 SB, 118 wRC+, 1.4 WAR

Jerry Hairston, Padres
.248/.294/.353, .285 wOBA,6 HR, 6 SB, 82 wRC+, 1.1 WAR

Eric Hinske, Braves
.274/.337/.480, .352 wOBA, 6 HR, 0 SB, 119 wRC+, 0.6 WAR

Austin Jackson, Tigers
.300/.354/.403, .343 wOBA, 1 HR, 14 SB, 112 wRC+, 2.3 WAR

Hideki Matsui, Angels
.252/.334/.398, .323 wOBA, 10 HR, 0 SB, 100 wRC+, 0.2 WAR

Xavier Nady, Cubs
.225/.295/.348, .288 wOBA, 4 HR, 0 SB, 72 wRC+, -0.3 WAR

Jose Tabata, Pirates
.241/.323/.328, .297 wOBA, 1 HR, 8 SB, 83 wRC+, 0.4 WAR

Tyler Clippard, Nationals
3.31 ERA, 3.38 FIP, 4.23 xFIP, 10.1 K/9, 4.2 BB/9, 51.2 IP, 0.8 WAR

Phil Coke, Tigers
2.48 ERA, 3.14 FIP, 4.55 xFIP, 7.4 K/9, 3.5 BB/9, 36.1 IP, 0.7 WAR

Ian Kennedy, Diamondbacks
4.12 ERA, 4.83 FIP, 4.31 xFIP, 8.1 K/9, 3.4 BB/9, 111.1 IP, 0.9 WAR

Ross Ohlendorf, Pirates
4.22 ERA, 4.71 FIP, 5.02 xFIP, 6.0 K/9, 3.7 BB/9, 74.2 IP, 0.4 WAR

Carl Pavano, Twins
3.58 ERA, 3.98 FIP, 3.98 xFIP, 5.1 K/9, 1.3 BB/9, 125.2 IP, 2.0 WAR

To be perfectly honest, I'm not terribly surprised by any of these results - even those of newcomer Carl Pavano, whom we've always known could pitch this way ... it was simply a matter of staying on the field.
