Just as a start, for what it is worth, I am glad the Orioles are playing the Yankees. If I am correct, the Yankees were originally the Baltimore Orioles before moving to New York in 1903 and becoming the NY Highlanders, eventually changing their name to the Yankees. And I am glad they had the US Army Field Band play the National Anthem....not someone crooning or wailing our national anthem. Emotional and moving opening ceremony. Play Ball!

You are correct anon. The Yankees were the Orioles before becoming the Highlanders.

The great thing about the Army Band was they played the same songs that were played the day The Stadium opened.
