Matsui Causes Car Crash In Tokyo

The Mainichi Daily News is reporting, that "New York Yankees outfielder Hideki Matsui caused a car crash in Tokyo earlier this month, police said Wednesday.

Since nobody was injured in the accident, Tokyo police treated the case as negligent driving causing damage to property.

At around 6 p.m. on Saturday last week, a car driven by Matsui, 33, crashed into the rear of another vehicle that had stopped at a red traffic light on a metropolitan road in the Ginza district of Chuo-ku, local police said.
