Red Sox Scout Caught With Pants Down

From WPTV-TV:
A scout for the Boston Red Sox accused of committing a lewd act in a hotel room that overlooked the pool where at least two teenage girls saw him was arrested Monday, police said Tuesday.

Jesse Levis, 39, faces two felony counts of committing lewd and lascivious acts in the precense of children less than 16.
This is not the first time something like this has happened to a member of Red Sox Nation. In January of 2000 former Red Sox player and manager Dick Williams was arrested after "police were called to Williams' hotel after several guests reported that the 70-year-old was walking naked and masturbating outside of his room in Fort Myers, Florida, where he was attending a Fantasy Baseball camp."

It's been quite a week for The Nation: First it was Papelbon's shirt, then yesterday it was those classless bums who sent a Yankees fan to the hospital because of the hat he was wearing, and now this. One can only imagine what tomorrow will bring.

To paraphrase the great Ron Burgundy,

You stay classy, Boston.

Actually, at the time of that incident involving Dick Williams (of which he was cleared), he was a YANKEE advisor, with no ties to the Sox...

Oh he was cleared? According to Wikipedia he pleaded no contest. And I really don't care if he was a Yankee adviser or not, although I don't think he was still an adviser in 2000, but again, who cares?
