Why does Girardi insist on play Giambi in the field?

He must love errors.

Greg Cohen said...

Yeah, he's pretty damn awful.

Awful doesn't begin to describe Giambi at first...... And now the run scores. Thanks Jason! Glad you could help the team tonight. And by team I mean the Indians.

Greg Cohen said...

The A-Rod bobble didn't help either.

Anonymous said...

That's true.

Anonymous said...

Nice shot, at least he made up for that error.

I still hate him though.

Greg Cohen said...

Is Giambi back on roids? Holy Cow two tape measure shots.

Holy crap Giambi, he loves those soft tossers. He still sucks though. Prove yourself and do this more often.

Greg Cohen said...

True, he is going to need to prove it for more than a few games.

Unbelievable, you cant do that Pettitte. Three 2 out hits, terrible job.

Anonymous said...

Make it another one.

Greg Cohen said...

You can blame him for the HR, but those two singles were slow ground balls... You can also blame him for that second HR. Ugh.

Traber is really f---ing bad.

He can't get anyone out. Why do the Yankees waste a roster spot on a loogy who can't get lefties out?

Greg Cohen said...

Yea, I'm losing whatever faith I had in his very quickly.

Have we had a late inning comeback win yet this year? We're due.

Greg Cohen said...

No they haven't. So I guess you could say they're due.

Cleveland is becoming another team the Yankees can't beat. Just like the Angels, always getting two out hits and shut down bullpen performances. - Back to .500, I have a feeling its going to about another month until we can get going, if we ever do, and get 5- 10 games over .500. The late 90's Yankee teams would ahve found a way to win the last 2 games. IMO. I would settle for a split now, although I believe there's a good chance that we loose 3/4 or god forbide get swept. I hate losing, and I am very impatient.

Baseball is a sport for the patient. It's a long year. Last night pissed me off a lot more than tonight does.

Let's see what happens tomorrow.

But I liked you "back to .500" line so much I used it in my game summary, so thank you for that.
