More Hardware for A-Rod

From MLB.com:
NEW YORK -- Six months after completing one of the most noteworthy seasons in Yankees history, Alex Rodriguez has not yet finished basking in its glories.

Rodriguez received two of the Major League Baseball Players Association's Players Choice Awards before Monday's game against the Rays, earning honors as the 2007 Player of the Year and the American League Outstanding Player. Yankees teammates and MLBPA representatives LaTroy Hawkins and Ross Ohlendorf presented Rodriguez with the awards in a brief pregame ceremony behind home plate.

Congrats to A-Rod on his most recent awards.
