Roster Move Coming

According to George King, because of the overworked bullpen the Yankees may make a roster move:
Because Jonathan Albaladejo threw three innings and 48 pitches last night, it's likely the Yankees will recall a reliever from Triple-A for tonight's game. Among the candidates are Jose Veras, Darrell Rasner and Scott Patterson.
My suggestion would be to bring up the guy who should have been here all along, and that's Scott Patterson. Patterson's numbers in Scranton-Wilkes Barre haven't been great (5.2 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 3 BB, 4 SO, 3.18 ERA), but the two runs he's given up, and two of the three walks, all came in one game against Louisville last week.
