Major League Baseball will hand LaTroy Hawkins a three-game suspension later Today for throwing at the head of Baltimore's Luke Scott on Tuesday night. He will also be fined $2,000.Hawkins knew the suspension was coming and does plan to appeal. Here's what he had said on Tuesday night following the game:
"You saw what happened to Farnsy, so you know it's coming. It's another situation where somebody on our team got hit and nobody else got hit. I will be appealing, even though I haven't been suspended yet."

Instead of head hunting and getting suspended, just drill him between the numbers. Enough already.
