Hughes Out Until At Least August

From Ed Price:
Phil Hughes, on the disabled list since May 2, still has not been cleared to resume throwing. A CT scan taken last Thursday showed Hughes' fractured rib has not healed, so he probably will not be ready to return before August.
This isn't good news, but there is no need to rush him back, he's young and the rotation is full at this point. Wait till he's fully recovered and then give him as many starts at Scranton as he needs. Who knows, by August the Yankees may even have C.C. Sabathia in the rotation.

Also in the article is this update on Humberto Sanchez:
Humberto Sanchez, the right-handed prospect acquired in the Gary Sheffield trade who is recovering from Tommy John surgery, yesterday threw batting practice for the first time since his operation. Sanchez could be ready to join a minor-league affiliate before the end of the month; he will be groomed this year as a reliever.
