Moose definately deserves the nod over Kazmir, and maybe even Halladay, but Tito has seen Kazmir shut his team down year after year, so its not a surprise, and if the Jays could provide run support Halladay would certainly be right up there with the league leaders in wins. Tough call all around, but Moose certainly deserves one of the spots.
