the news on Joba could have been much worse. Rest for one week and then throw, hopefully everything turns out to be ok. We may see him later this month or in September, great news. But now Pudge gets hurt, and taken out of the game. It doesnt look too serious right now.
Thats what we need you to do Jeter. Good job.
Arod sucks...
yeah he does, how do you check swing on the first pitch,WITH MEN ON 1ST AND 3RD ONE OUT! We could have opened this game up. It better not cost us.
Madrigal!?!? We should be lighting this guy up, like the last time we saw him in NY. The ump has helped him on some calls ( 3-2 pitch to Giambi, 2-1 pitch to Jeter) and he got lucky, Cano's ball would have been a hit and scored a run, the one Molina hit with a man on 3rd 2 outs would have been beaten out by any other Yankee.
VICTORY!!!!!
Favre to Jets! What a night!
I just hope that now I can turn on ESPN without having to hear about what happened with Brett Favre today. I'm really starting to get sick of it.
I wish he would have retired to be honest with you. (By the way, I'm a Giants fan.)
