9/13 Minor League Report (Playoff Edition)

(AAA) Scranton-Wilkes Barre (88-56) Won the Governors' Cup, and they will now move on to Oklahoma City for the Bricktown Showdown to play one game against the Pacific Coast League Champions on Tuesday. Oklahoma City is playing Sacramento is currently still playing in their PCL Championship series, and the series is tied at a game apiece.

Austin Jackson had a game for the ages tonight, hitting a long home run in the first inning and robbing the Aeros of two bombs of their own. He also made another outstanding play on a ball hit to the left center field gap.

“You witnessed a Major League center fielder tonight,” said Thunder manager Tony Franklin.
