More On Joba's Arrest

From the NY Daily News:

Yankees star Joba Chamberlain's blood alcohol content was well above Nebraska's legal limit when he was busted for drunk driving, prosecutors charged Monday.

Chamberlain, who failed a Breathalyzer test when he was pulled over early Saturday in his hometown of Lincoln, registered a .134 blood alcohol level, prosecutors said.

Under Nebraska law, a driver is considered under the influence with a level of .08 or higher.

Chamberlain, 23, will be arraigned in Lincoln on Dec. 17, the Lancaster County Attorney's office announced.

UPDATE: Joe Girardi has issued a statement on this situation (via Peter Abraham):
“I have spoken to Joba and he made it very clear to me that he made a mistake. We certainly don’t condone his actions, but he is part of the Yankees family and I believe he learned a valuable lesson which he can grow from.”
Hopefully the Yankees and Joba can put this behind them. I don't really have anything more to say about this.

Raven, do you really think he has a problem or that he just screwed up this one time?

I personally believe this was a one time event. Hopefully he moves on, and learns from it.

Personally, I don't think he has a problem that needs therapy.

I do think he needs some help to deal with all these pressure.
