12/6 Winter Ball Report

Dominican League:

- Robinson Cano (Estrellas) went 0-for-4 to drop his average to .289.

- Melky Cabrera (Aguilas) went 2-for-4 with a double, two walks, and three runs scored. He's now hitting .340 in the DR.

- Wilkins Arias (Aquilas) pitched 1 inning in relief, and allowed no runs on one hit, while walking one and striking out two.

Mexican League:

- Ramiro Pena (Culiacan) went 0-for-4 dropping his avg. to .251.

Puerto Rican League:

- Jonathan Albaladejo (Mayaguez) picked up his 7th save of the Winter. He pitched 1.2 scoreless innings, did not allow a hit, and struck out one.

Venezuelan League:

- Reegie Corona (Magallanes) 0-for-0 with a walk and a run scored.

Puerto Rican League: Ian Kennedy and Jonathan Albaladejo are on Indios de Mayaguez.

Mexican League: Justin Christian is playing for Caneros de los Mochis. Ramiro Pena is playing for Tomateros de Culiacan. And Walter Ibarra is on Naranjeros de Hermosillo.

Venezuelan League: Francisco Cervelli, Edwar Gonzalez and Carlos Mendoza are playing for Cardenales de Lara. Reegie Corona is on Navegantes del Magallanes. And Edgar Soto is on Aguilas del Zulia.
