Apparently the entire AL besides the east will be awful. I can't see the Angels being that bad, but who knows, the Tigers were surprisingly bad last year.
For the projected NL standings go here (hat tip to NJ.com's Pride of the Yankees blog).

No way. Yankees are winning the East and Sox coming just behind them (winning the wild card).
white sox last?
I'm surprised by that too, in fact the rest of the AL is a surprise.
They think the central and west will be terrible.
I can't see the Angels being under .500.
Horrible AL West projections. When was the last time a team went from 100 wins, to 4 under .500?
Finally! I just finished writing the first chapter of my book!
Congrats Yankeeboy!
No way the sox win 98 games.
I can see that happening before I see the Angels losing 83 games.
Thanks. And right now I'm writing a season preview for the bombers on my site. Should be up tomorrow.
Now I can see all top 3 AL east beating each other up and ending up with around 85-90 wins, the AL Central or West will have a team with more wins because of the weaker division they play at.
What is all this hype over the Athletics, Their offense is better but it is also left handed heavy so they will be feasted upon by the lefty starters and specialists. The Angels won't win 100 again but 88-90 seems reasonable. I agree with the Central though, each team has solid offenses, 2 good starters, 3 iffy starters, and bad bullpens outside of the closers. Oh, and the Toronto Blue Jays are not that good. Flip the records of Toronto and Texas and we are getting closer to the truth.
nothing would suprise me in the AL Central, even the Royals can be good. I'm suprised that the whole league is that bad... Theres no way the Angels dont win 80 games. I see alot of parity with those predictions, other than the 3 beasts from the east.
There is no reason why there shouldnt be an AL East ALCS again.
I just went on the site and it looks like they've revised their projections (as of 4/4). what's the deal? Should we consider these the official last-before-season rankings? i understand what could change day-to-day, but are these guys putting these rankings out at the beginning of S.T. and just adjusting it every day?
