Hillsborough County's largest home now is in the Avila country club community. It's 28,295 square feet.
Kered Connors LLC, which lists Jeter as the "sole member," purchased adjacent waterfront lots on Bahama Circle in 2005 and 2006. Kered Connors paid $7.7 million for the properties.

Jeter already has a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house in the area, but the article says that house is a little more out of the way than this new place. Plus, when you're making $20 million a year, why not have two huge houses?
