Raven - I'm not sure they can do anything about it. Lowering the premium ticket prices won't really help at this point, as the vast majority of tickets are sold. Lowering the price (and therefore having to issue refunds) will probably cost them more money that way than it will to leave a few premium seats open for occasional games.
You really can't blame the Yankees for the pricing. They analysed the market, and the market was there, but then the economy took a fairly heavy downturn. If the Yankees didn't reinvest in the on-the-field product, then I might be angry about things like this, but they put a ton of money back into the team, to the point of ridicule in the baseball world. For that, they can charge whatever they want for those luxury seats that I can't afford either way.
