Hi!

Hey guys, my name's Yankeeboy98, a big Yankee fan. During tonight's game, Greg invited me to join the Sliding Into Home team and post some articles every now and then.

I'm also the writer and owner of Yankees Kid Talk, but it hasn't had as much success as SIH has. I'm only 13, but I'm a great writer and I really know my sports, so don't worry, I won't let you guys down.

Thank you Greg for letting me join, and I'm really looking forward to it. GO YANKEES!!

Thank you guys so much. I was at the tour until an hour ago, so I was too tired to log on until now, of course.

The tour was awesome. We went to Monument Park, the Yankees Museum, the Yankees dugout, the batting cages, the clubhouse; it was just amazing.

(The only thing that sucked was that you couldn't take pictures inside the clubhouse. I knew that, but still, it's really stupid. The tour guide person said that it was for the players privacy.)

Tickets are only $8 per person. And it's defenitley worth it.

That's great, YB, glad you had a good time.

BTW what is in the locker room that we can't or haven't seen already?

The player's privacy thing? Oh.

The person who gave us the tour said the reason we can't take pictures of the clubhouse is becasue of player's privacy. I asked her waht that means and she said a lot of players have pictures of their family, kids, and other stuff in their lockers, so some of them don't feel comfortable letting other people see it.

Another thing that sucked is that they had a barricade up, so the only close to big-name locker we were able to see was Alfredo Aceves'. It was actually pretty funny. He had a schedule up, and with a pen he wrote:

"3-2, CB, SL, CH, CT?"

As if asking himself what to throw on a 3-2 count.

We only were in there for 2 seconds. We could have been in it longer, but our counseler tried to take a pic, and her camera was confiscated and we had to leave.

Still, I had a hell of a time.
