What did Duncan do?
Ran into the scrum and started trying to bash heads. The dude is a beast and I think he likes to fight. Oh well, not bad to have enforcers on your team. It works in hockey.
Yeah, BTW I had a great time with Jack today if you know what I mean.
Thanks.
lol nice.
***BREAKING NEWS***
Joe Torre has passed away. He suffered a heart attack just about an hour ago.
I can't believe this.
Jack, nobody cares about your nonsense, and nobody takes you seriously.
I'm not Jack. I'm being serious, Torre died. Go to mlb.com.
I've been on MLB.com, and there is nothing about Torre. You are Jack, and you are a liar.
Ok sure Greg...
Jack ur a loser seriously go do ur homework or sumtin.
Well if he wasn't suspended, i'd love to see Duncan get a game in or at least maybe a pinch hit opportunity, kinda feel sorry for shelley, he's never gonna be a player on this team, bench or otherwise, he should be traded in the offseason so he can attempt to be an everyday player for some team
If you're going to bat Hairston second at least have him bunt when there's a man on first with nobody out. Stupid stupid managing. Thank goodness for Mark Teixeira.
This hasn't been brought up in a while, but do you think the Yanks will do anything to the new stadium to fix the home run thing?
It looked like as the weather heated up, the home runs went down.
I don't think they'll do anything. The park is actually built for the team they have now, and it's one of the reasons they've been so successful at home this year.
Yeah. You're right.
2-0 on Matsui's RBI double.
F*** you wind!!! That would have been out if the wind didn't blow it back. Still 2-0 though.
I think they might do something, but nothing drastic, maybe put more curve in the wall so its not so straight.
^ that was me.
hows everyone doing tonight?
Pretty good. How about yourself?
Hey Durden, I'm fine, you?
cant complain, happy that i didn't have much homework and can watch the game again tonight.
geez, melk made it close at least.
Angels beating Boston 1-0 in the top of the third.
wow that was a bomb
Gaudin is staying in.
Tallet is out of the game.
hey guys, im not really here during games very often, whats up?
gaudin, mitre, and joba need to be figured out if were gonna hit any kind of a streak

Beautiful play by Teix.
yupp

i'm not feeling great, i've been sick for a day or so--- i'll tty guys later

Hey Joe
Oh... alright feel better man.
2-0 Angels.
3-0 Angels. HAHAHAHA FU Jack.
Who said Torre was died?
The other anonymous poster, his name is Jack and he's a fool.
I said "Who said Torre was died" that you MORAN! I was at the store during that time.
Anon, first of all, the word is "MORON". Second, what the hell are you talking about?
Liam is really died. The high school has been calling every house saying that, mine, ny friend, my grandma.
I highly doubt that.
If Liams friends come on here they will be talking all about it.
How did he die Jack?
Car accident.
What's happening guys? Don't tell me: Gaudin is pitching a shutout and Hairston is 4 for 4 with two homers?
You should be scared of what you're saying anon, making up stories especially about peoples lives.
Oh. Tell his parents I feel bad for them...NOT!!!
You guys are sick.
You're right Karen. This kid, who I think is 12, doesn't understand Karma. He's setting himself and his family up for sad days ahead. It's a shame.
liams died yankeeboy.
Oh Christ, now this fool is pretending to be other people. Fantastic.
hahahahaha what a douche.
yeah yankeeboy he did.
anon YOU are sick, you should get help before it's too late. :(
Alright, that really hurts me Jack.
poor baby.
lol owned.
Hey Liam, glad to see you're in one piece.
Yeah. That really hurts me.
Jack, get a life!
Hey Greg.
Hey YB.
Do you guys know what the stupidest thing is?
haha.
What's that Liam?
Jack? just a guess.
lmao!!!
DING DING DING DING DING DING!!!!
WE GOT A WINNER! lol
Nothing much Greg. I had to write a essay on a short story.
Red Sox are catching up, it's now 3-2.
I see we're losing again and Red Sox fighting back. Way to go with the lineup again Joe.
Oh, never mind Greg. I thought you said What's up Liam not Whats that Liam. LOL
Yanks gonna have to fight back. *cheering*
They sure do.
against the freaking Blue Jays. What's happened to this team?
I'm a little tired guys. I'll probably go to bed. Hopefully i'm not dead when I get back. Hahaha. Later.
Rest well liam :)
Hairston should have threw home. What is he doing!
Hello all.
sox are ahead and the Yanks are playing flat.
WTF? Where is the life in this team? They better get it done tonight.
oh my goose is 4-2.err
*oh my goose it's 4-2.err
It's a joke Hairston is in the lineup at all. I'm sorry, but I could see this coming two weeks ago when Girardi starting messing with the lineup. Now we're paying the price.
our offense has fallen asleep WTF, come on cano, nice hit, thats our first hit in like 5 innings..
and now boston is winning 5-3, damit, come on guys,
fuck those niggers on the west side
they were like this in 1998.
why is hariston still hitting he sucks something awlful..
At least the Angels are winning 6-5 now...
hey greg someone needs to delete what mr annon just said,
check that 7-5.
Yeah. WTF Jack!
Jack Mehoff.
crap!!
is that a black sheep reference? who is this goon?
How the hell does Girardi leave Hairston in there? Has he lost the plot completely? He had to pinch hit with Damon or Hinske, surely.
another wasted opportunity, its your negative attitude ANONYMOUS & Posada's suspension, I 'm blaming you all, retards
someone has to teach anon a lesson.
who knows. what are you guys talking about anyway?
damon was used. he could go with hinske. but downs would come in if hinske did. hinske is o for 3 against downs.
I've officially had enough of Hairston. Girardi is hurting this team with these bullshit lineups
They can't beat the Blue Jays? They have lost 3 out of the last 5 to this team and this will make 4 out of 6. Pathetic.
Cashman is bozo the clown. This is exactly what you get for going into the last 3 months of the season with Joba rules, Gaudin and Mitre. Brilliant GM.
you guys need to calm down. yankees go on a skid, omg panic!!! relax.
calm down anon.
Sorry, forgot about Damon being used already. But if Girardi had got his lineup right, Swisher would have been up in that spot.
He is. He got Mark Teixeira and CC Sabathia.
exactly.
phil hughes is nasty!
Great inning by Hughes. Now we need some late-inning magic.
Teix, A-Rod, and Hideki due up.
still guys, they were like this in 98. they'll get passed this.
theres no question in my mind that this is just a hiccup for the team right now. they'll return to form.
You're right Anon. The Yanks did go into a slump after clinching the East in '98.
I'm visiting friends in Boston this weekend. NOW IS NOT THE TIME FOR THIS SHIT!!! IF THE YANKS DON'T WIN THIS GAME I'M GOING TO BE PISSED REGARDLESS IF BOSTON LOSES!
thanks yankeeboy. BTW, liams dead. have a good night gay guys.
When the manager manages like they've already won something, how do we expect the team to play any differently?
What a douche.
lol... maybe I spoke to soon.
TIE GAME!!! 2-RUN HOMER BY GODZILLA!! 4-4!!!
GodZilla whacked the crap outta that one!
thank you godzilla... come swish, back to back baby, ur due
I smell a pie coming on...
Matsui's certainly has to be making the Yankees think a little bit.
That could be the homer that jumpstarts the Yankees again.
It's just sad though, you know he won't be back next year regardless of what he does.
I wanna take a ride on your disco stick.
I remember reading somewhere that the Yankees should show Damon and Matsui the same 1 year 8 million dollar deal and whoever takes it 1st gets it.
Anon, I read the same article - forgot where though. But I definitely read that.
I really want to see Jeter hit a walk-off, just to see if he gets pied.
If he doesn't, I will immediately lose half my respect for him.
He will. If AJ pied A-Rod, he'll do it to Jeter.
greg,
getting a message board front, you should definatly get one and do the game threads in there, it would force someone to register to comment and weed out the assholes and massholes. bc you can suspend them or report them. it would also force lazy people like me to register.
I want to, but the good ones cost money and I'm pretty broke.
Well, it's set up for Jeet, as long as Mo holds it right where it is and Gardner doesn't jack one.
Registering? Not good for an Anon like me. This anon don't like to probably would
Yep. Hopefully he does it Greg.
I was wondering something...do you think AJ will still give pies in the postseason?
damit MO, crap, that should have been an easy DP, damn ump ran right in front of MO,
I just hope we find out.
Mo still needs 2 strikeouts for 1,000, no small feat by a reliever/closer
Where was that pitch? It looked good.
3-2. come on Mo!!!
Atta boy Mo.
Thank God. And onto the 9th.
Gardner, Jeter, Cervelli due up.
This is one of those times where Jeter needs to poke one over the short porch.
Agreed.
Let's go Gardy. Get it started.
Man, 6 regular season games left in the new Yankee Stadium. Can't believe how quick this season has gone.
Me neither, but the real season hasn't even started yet.
Full count. Where'd ya go Greg?
True.
Yea Brett!!! Now take second.
Gardy singles to lead it off. And here comes the Captain.
dont make jeter bunt, let gardner steal, he can do it, dont take the bat out of jeters hands
You're right Mario.
Agreed Mario.
7-5 Angels in the 8th, but Boston has runners on 2nd and 3rd.
Let me know when Jerry is up. Gotta walk the dog.
How many out?
SAFE AT 2nd!
And Jeter is set up...
I think 1 Greg.
7-6 now with 2 outs.
Kay just said it... 7-6 now with a runner on third and two out.
Alright, no pie for Jeter but he moves the runner to third. He does all the things little things, doesn't he?
Well, it may not be Jeter, but Frankie Cervelli could be the hero..
He does Greg.
It looks like Cervelli has changed his stance a bit, doesn't it?
MA-MA MIA! FRANKIE CERVELLI!! BALLGAME OVER!! YANKEES WIN!! THAAAAAAAAAAA YANKEES WIN!
YES!!!!!!!!!!!! Cervelli gets pie!!!!!!!!!
Super Cervio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lol Cervelli, he was running away from his teamates!
YAY!!!!! hhahaha damn live streaming ahahaha keeps buffereing. lmao.
*buffering err
What a moment.
And all hope is restored in Yankees Universe. This team is fine.
i love cervelli's cleats, they look like old 50's style dress shoes, LOL
Jorge Who?
This is the best game I've seen in like a week.
Would be nice if the Sox lost too, but I'm more concerned with what we do.
7-7 now. Crap!
Cervelli after being pied: "I love the moment."
Yep, the Yanks are just fine. They just needed some pie to lift their spirits.
Alright, night guys. I'm tired. Long day at school, long game, see ya tomorrow.
GO YANKEES!!
Greg, just one more thing, you defenitely need to have a live chat during one of the Angels games this week.
I will.
Greg this site offers up free webhosting.
http://www.000webhost.com/
Sweet win!!!
Abreu gives the Angels the lead with a two-out RBI single. Nice!
Thanks Karen.
Np. Hope it helps. :)
Is anyone watching this Red Sox game? The Angels got screwed on two terrible calls. WOW. Nick Green knew he swung but neither the home plate or first base ump agreed. Then they called ball four on what was clearly strike three. Unreal.
The "ball four" was right down the middle.
I've never seen two more obvious calls, back-to-back, go the wrong way.
... And now the Sox win. Wow.
Yep, it was sickening. No way that wasn't a strike. Still, all we have to do is keep winning.
That was yet another example of pitiful umpiring. The Angels struck Green out twice!
Take a look at Green's face after his check swing. Even he knew he was out.
That's taken a little of the gloss off the Yanks win, but, hey, it would have been a lot worse had we lost!!!
I'm with you Greg I turned the game on to see the tail end and it made me absolutely sick. I've never seriously thought this before but after watching that ball four call it makes you wonder if umpires take favors.
I saw a bunch of ESPN cameras run on the field so maybe they paid the umps off. Am I kidding? Yes. But only a little.
Well if that's what it takes for the red sox to win games consider me still not intimidated by them
Greg,
You know, if you're short of funds to get this site on a host that would allow you to force guys to register and allow you to ban them if they get out of line, why not set up a donation "button" via PayPal or something like that. I know I'd contribute toward keeping this site one of the best ones out there for us Yankee fans. Just a thought, but you need to eliminate the folks who just like to sit around and stir things up.
Mike
Hey Mike, Thanks, I'll think about doing that.
As for the anonymous idiot, it's this kid Jack who goes to Liam's school and roots for the Red Sox. I know he's annoying and from now on I'll try to delete his posts.
