Mariano Has Successful BP Session

From The AP:
Yankees closer Mariano Rivera threw "almost 20 pitches" in a bullpen session Saturday and reported no pain in his sore left groin, meaning he might be able to return to the mound Sunday.

"I wasn't expecting to feel anything," Rivera said before the Yankees played the Blue Jays. "That's how minor everything was. I just have to make sure that it's ready."

There was also this quote from Mo via Marc Carig:
"Feels good," Rivera said. "No problems at all."
Good news for the Yanks. Girardi also said that Mo could pitch tomorrow.

The way Hughes has been pitching. Mo can take as much time off as he needs. No need to rush him back, just get ready for the playoffs.
