ALCS MVP, who is it? (if they win)

Well, there's no Yankees baseball tonight, but the NLCS resumes between the Dodgers and the Phillies so there is some baseball watch. (For the NLCS open thread click here.) Today though, watching the sports news and listening to the radio all I heard about was the blown calls from last nights game. I know the calls were ridiculous but the news today should have been more focused around CC's gem and Arods continued dominance of the Angels.

With a 3-1 lead the Yanks have a great chance to put away the series tomorrow night. With that said, and if the Yankees go on to win, who would be your MVP?

My first choice was Arod, because of how bad he was in the past and how on fire he is now. Then I thought about CC and the same could be said about him.

Arod in the ALCS is batting .375 with 3 homers, a double and 5 runs batted in. His slugging percentage is 1.000 and his OPS is a monster at 1.450. So far CC has tossed 16 innings, two eight inning performances, he's given up only 9 hits, 3 walks and struck-out 12. Both guys have just been dominating this series and provided the team with a jolt of life.

To me, it could really go either way. Both were great in the ALDS, both have been a terror to the Angels and both have made the turn around that a lot of people doubted would happen. In the ALCS, CC gets the MVP in my eyes, good pitching beats good hitting. If there was an award for the MVP through 2 rounds I'd give it to Arod because he took the life out of the Twins with a shot to Center. And after taking the life out of the Twins he made the first blow to take the life out of the Angels with the game tying homer against Fuentes.

So I ask you guys, who is your MVP if the Yankees go on to win? CC or Arod?
