According to a synopsis in the New York Post, Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg play police officers who are taken off the streets after Wahlberg's character wrongly shoots Jeter in the leg after seeing him walk around with a bat.The movie will be in theaters next summer and also stars Dwayne Johnson, Samuel L. The scene shot at Nathan's Famous on Thursday takes place years later, when a washed-up Jeter -- wearing a ratty jacket, jeans and sporting stringy gray hair -- encounters the two officers. The comedy is being directed by Adam McKay, who also provided "Anchorman" and "Talladega Nights."
