BA's Manuel Ranks Best and Worst Farm Systems

Last year Baseball American ranked the Yankees as having the 15th best farm system in baseball in their Prospect Handbook, things are pretty much the same one year later. Writing for SI.com, Baseball America's John Manuel (hat-tip to River Ave. Blues) wrote his rankings and the Yankees were listed in the "Best of the rest section", which just lists the teams between 6-15 without any actually number. All Manuel had to say about the Yankees was that "Slugging catcher Jesus Montero ranks among minors' best hitters. The Red Sox also ranking in the "best of the rest" section. If you're wondering, the Mets were ranking in the "Worst of the rest" (16-25) section.
