• Posada is back in the line up today after sitting the past two days with a stiff neck.

• Nick Johnson get's the day off after fouling a ball off his right knee in yesterdays game. He walked into the clubhouse this morning with his Knee wrapped, but with no visible limp.

• Damaso Marte said of his shoulder "Today I feel much better than yesterday." He plans on throwing today and then making a final decision about tomorrow later. According to Erik Boland of Newsday.

• The Yankees have brought Chad Moeller back. He signed a minor league deal today and will head to Scranton. Chad Jennings also reports that the Yankees will likely release Mike Rivera.
