OK, Maybe the Yanks and DBacks Are Still Talking

UPDATE: Upon further review, these tweets from Heyman came before the tweets from Olney. So Olney is probably right.

Earlier, Buster Olney reported that the Yankees and DBacks were not talking about Dan Haren today, but according to the latest from Jon Heyman, that might not be the case.

Yankees willing to include [Ivan] Nova, [Zach] Mcallister and 2 prospects for Dan Haren, will not eat $ and give up joba. still talking.

Yankees would pay the $33 mil left on haren, but they have balked at taking Chad Qualls, Chris Snyder, too.

I'm interesting to know who those other two prospects are...

I can't blame the Yankees for not wanting Qualls. In 40 games this year he's 1-4, with 12 saves, 4 blown saves, and an ERA of 7.86.... Yikes!
