Baseball America released a neat list of the ten youngest players at each level yesterday - you can find the entire list here. The following Yankees made the cut - the youngest player is ranked first, and so forth:
International League
03. Jesus Montero
Eastern League
02. Manny Banuelos
08. Jose Pirela
Florida State League
03. Scottie Allen
South Atlantic League
02. Gary Sanchez
09. Anderson Feliz
While this list is more fun than anything else (as age is relative to experience - e.g. a 21-year-old college player may be more advanced than a 21-year-old Dominican prospect), it is interesting to peruse. It's also worth noting that Montero, Banuelos, and Sanchez are among the very best prospects in baseball, and that Allen has been tagged as a sleeper in numerous publications.
