Hughes Tests Negative For Circulatory and Vascular Issues

Phil Hughes' tests came back negative Monday for all circulatory and vascular issues.

... Results on last week's initial tests showed a low-level risk for TOS, a condition that would likely have required season-ending surgery.

Good news for Phil. He will return to NY today so he and the Yankees can continue their attempt to figure out what's wrong with him.
