Yankees & Bichette Close to an Agreement

As per K. Levine-Flandrup:

#Yankees 1st pick in #mlbdraft Dante Bichette, Jr is close to an agreement and will be in Tampa to take his physical on Tuesday.

Insiders were claiming that Bichette would be a fairly easy sign from the get-go, and most believed he would sign for the slot recommendation (which is somewhere around $700,000). The GCL Yankees - a rookie ball affiliate - kicks of their season next Monday, so we're likely to see Bichette suit-up at that level fairly soon.
