With a thrilling 4-2 victory tonight, the Yankees swept the day-night doubleheader vs. the Rays and clinched the 2011 American League East. Jorge Posada dramatically got the game-winning hit in the bottom of the 8th, a 2-run single with the bases loaded to put the Yanks ahead for good.

Then they broke out the bubbly and had a very energetic celebration in the clubhouse.

Underdogs? Yeah right.

Now its time to get ready for their ultimate goal....
