X-ray and MRI on Damon's Foot Negative

From MLB.com:
Yankees outfielder Johnny Damon had X-rays and an MRI exam taken on his injured right foot at a local hospital on Tuesday. Both were negative.
Damon had the X-rays and MRI taken at St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa. Yankees general manager Brian Cashman said that Damon will be listed as day-to-day. He was not listed on the club's travel roster for Wednesday's game against the Rays in St. Petersburg.
The Yankees need Damon at the top of the order, this is very good news.

In other medical news, catcher Francisco Cervelli will have surgery on his
fractured right wrist on Wednesday in New York. He will be out 8-10 weeks.
