Brian Bruney is now tonight's starter. Ian Kennedy was scratched... Probably because of some injury. More info soon.
UPDATE 8:22 PM - The news is not as bad as expected. Kennedy was scratched because of the rain forecast. It's supposed to rain in 40 minutes so in case of a rainout the Yankees don't want to waste Kennedy's start. OK I guess things haven't gotten any worse, thank goodness.
UPDATE: 8:25 PM - Turns out it may have been a very smart move by Girardi. It just started raining in Kansas City.
UPDATE: 8:33 PM - It's now raining harder. A lot harder.
