(AAA) Scranton (47-33) lost to Columbus 4-2: Box Score - Recap
PITCHING: Alan Horne started and got the loss. Horne pitched a scoreless 1st inning but after that struggled with his command. In the 2nd inning he gave up his first homer of the year. A solo homer to give Columbus a 1-0 lead. Horne loaded the bases after the homer on 2 walks and a single. He got a doubleplay to get out of further trouble. In the 3rd he loaded the bases on a single, walk and hit batter. A very nice play by leftfielder Jason Lane saved a couple runs. In the 4th 2 runs scored on an infield hit, triple and throwing error by Nick Green. That made the score 3-0 Columbus. The final Columbus run scored when Horne allowed another solo homer to make the score 4-2. Horne's line: 6.0 IP, 4 runs, 3 earned runs, 2 K's---4 walks. Horne's ERA is at 3.86. He threw 105 pitches--61 strikes.
J.B. Cox pitched a perfect 7th inning with 1 strikeout. ... Heath Phillips tossed a perfect 8th. ... Scott Strickland threw a scoreless 9th inning.

Yes there was a mistake, Lane did not have an RBI single.
Glad you like the reports Derek. I think it's important for Yankees fans to know about the farm system. This is really the first year I've paid this much attention to it, and I'm enjoying it.
