Hughes and Kennedy Update

From Lisa Kennelly:
Phil Hughes will have a bone scan later this week to see if his right-rib stress fracture has healed. If so, he will begin throwing. Ian Kennedy (strained lat) has been throwing and Girardi said he expects him to throw off a mound this week.
Then there was this from the Daily News:
Ian Kennedy (bursitis) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session today, the next step in his return from the disabled list. Kennedy could begin a rehab assignment in a week or so, though it is still unknown whether he will rejoin the Yankees or be sent to the minors when he's healthy.
Not much information here, but still, I thought you might want to know.
