Beautiful pics, Greg. I'm going to really miss old Yankee Stadium, but the new digs are shaping up nicely. I wish the upper deck were bigger in the stadium-to-be, but it seems endemic of stadiums of today--less space for people who can't afford the higher-priced seats.
Today is the first time I've checked out your blog, which I enjoy a lot. I'll link it over at my blog. Keep up the good work, Greg.

just the fact that that upper deck is so far away makes me queezy. I loved sittin tier box and just hovering over the action. the players like it to, they the fact that were right there. Smothered no more...

That's one of my biggest problems with the new place too. I love how the upper deck is right on top of the action.
Also, the way the upperdeck bobs up and down when the crowd goes crazy. I don't know if the split upper deck will be able to recreate that.
