In the article the editor of her upcoming book on A-Rod, Hit and Run: The Many Lives of Alex Rodriguez, said that this was just the beginning:
“The book is still a work in progress,” said her book editor, Mr. Hirshey. “I assure you she has more drug revelations as well as other news. Not everything that Selena has on A-Rod’s steroid participation has come out yet.”The book comes out on May 19th, so just around the time some of the steroid questions begin to die down a bit, this book should create another huge media firestorm. A-Rod must be thrilled.

Of course A-Rod has nothing to fear, he put it all on the table with Peter Gammons.
What _would_ be great is if Roberts had more details on the inner workings of the Rangers those years. MLB (players, coaches, owners, Selig) has taken a "protect your own" stance since the beginning. That needs to be broken wide open for the steroid issue to be cleaned up. That and for-life suspensions.
