Waddup Greg,
Was wonderin if you knew if we still have that kid, the switch-pitcher, Pat Venditte... he was SLAYIN in the closer role last year for Staten Island, I know they dont start till June but I was wonderin if he moved up the ranks or somethin, havent seen his name. See if Big Guy can shed some light on that.
Peace brotha,
D
Hey Derek,
Yes, Venditte is currently pitching for Charleston and he's 1-0 with 2 saves, a 0.00 ERA, and in four innings he's allowed two hits, struck out four, and has not walked a batter.
Nice.... that can be SUCH a weapon in the coming years.... particularly 2011 when Mo says goodbye.
