Geeez does that 7 train suck. After an hour ride (thanks to delays) back from Queens, the ride on the 6 back uptown, and then my drive back to Jersey from Manhattan I finally arrived home from Shiti Field at 1:02 a.m.
First things first, great win for the Yanks tonight, they dominated the Mets in every way. I'll get more into that later in the game summary.
Shiti Field isn't so shiti after all. It's actually a very nice ballpark and I enjoyed watching a game there a lot. Part of that was because the Yanks dominated and another part was the fact that it's actually a nice place to watch the game. It's light years better than Shea. I'll get the minor league report and game summary posted as soon as I can. Hope everyone enjoyed the great win tonight.

Yeah I know. When you first said Shiti Field I was like what? But then you admitted it's a nice park and it really is. I've never been to it yet but boy does it look good on TV.
I also liked it when I went and said to my daughter that I would go back anytime to see a game. That's something I would never, ever say about Shea.
She got us tickets against the Dodgers when they are in town in July as a father's day gift.
I said last night that unlike Yankee stadium, it was good to see the place just about filled. How it look from your end?
hey greg...what section were you in?...
I was in 526 in the upper deck, row 9.
The Shiti Field thing is a joke, like the Shiti Wok joke from South Park.
