Yanks Looking To Drop Payroll To $190-$200 Million

The Yankees' budget is set somewhere between the low $190s and $200 million. Of course, it is not a hard ceiling -- as always.
Dropping payroll by $10-$20 million shouldn't be too difficult. Again, this is similar to what we've been hearing for years and the payroll has never dipped below the $200 million mark.
