Cervelli Could Return To Action On Friday

Via Marc Carig:

A neurologist cleared Yankees catcher Francisco Cervelli on Monday, allowing him to begin baseball activities on Tuesday, three days after suffering his second concussion in the last four months.

Yankees manager Joe Girardi said Cervelli could return to game action as soon as Friday.

Being that this was his second head concussion in the past several months I'm very happy to hear that he's fine and ready to go.
